Happy December 1st! With all of the things on your never ending to-do list, the last thing you want to worry about is what you’re going to wear this holiday season! This is the time of year when my clients call me to help them choose the perfect outfits for all of their holiday work functions, family events and New Year’s Eve parties. It’s my job to ensure they look as stylish as possible for every event on their calendar!
I’ve created a blog series featuring outfit ideas for every holiday occasion on your list. In this post, I’m sharing one of my favorite looks for a work cocktail party. Keep in mind that you want your holiday work party look to be stylish and on trend, but also appropriate for a work affair.
I just love this studded silk dress by Alice + Olivia. The shape is so easy and chic! I paired the dress with this black blazer with bell sleeves, which is right on trend for the season! What I love most about this blazer is that it can be worn to work with a pencil skirt and blouse or with jeans for a dressed up date night look.
I always opt for a clutch for a night out because it’s big enough for all of my essentials, but small enough not to get in the way. This envelope clutch is by Rebecca Minkoff and comes in lots of different colors and textures. The size is also perfect for my phone, lipstick and credit cards!
